I've spent my career at the intersection of product and finance.
I started at Spectrum Equity, where I invested $100M across consumer apps and B2B software, including AllTrails in 2018 when it was sub-$10M ARR. I joined AllTrails as the 30th employee, spending five years helping scale it to 250+ people. I started the product growth team, hired engineers and designers, executed roadmaps, and spearheaded analytics and experimentation.
Now as an independent consultant, I operate at all altitudes — not just "advisory," but building Figmas, SQL queries, PRDs, and org charts.
